“The autobiography of a Yogi” by Swami Paramahansa Yogananda was the book that inspired her to start her yoga journey at the end of 2009, when Yoga was not so much popular in Greece. The unique self-transformation that Yoga gifted her, led her 4 years later to undertake the first Hatha Yoga teacher training course in Greece, under the guidance of Andreas Provelleggios. Andreas Provelleggios is one of the most senior teachers in Greece, he was one of the founders of Hellenic Yoga Association and a former president of the Yoga Association. After finishing that course, she was selected as an assistant teacher for the next batch, next to the leader teachers Tina Myntzzymarakis and Chrysi Bambali (very well known and respected teachers in Greece).
Her passion and yearning for yoga and spirituality made her to visit India for the first time in 2015. She visited Mysore, where she was trained in Ashtanga Yoga, under the guidance of the yogacharya Ramesh Shetty, disciple of Shri BKS Iyengar, and Praveen Somu, disciple of K.Pattabhi Jois. In Mysore she met Saurabh Chaudhary and together they developed the vision of establishing a Yoga School. Next year she visited India, where she got trained in traditional Hatha Yoga and Indian Philosophy under the guidance of Saurabh Chaudhary, whom now she considers as her Guru. Since then they conduct together yoga teacher training courses. She has studied traditional yoga scriptures and texts like Bhagavadgita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
