The 200 Hatha YTT at Akshara Yoga School was very enlightening and enriching.

Especially as Saurabh is a very knowledgeable teacher with a wealth of knowledge of Yoga Philosophy. He took us on an in depth journey of the ancient realizations and wisdom of Yoga which gave me such a new wonderful understanding what Yoga stands for. Varvara completed Saurabh perfectly as a teacher, she’s hands on and practical, which is evident from her long experience of teaching in the West, giving us great insight into various Asana adaptations and further helping us to fuse theory with practice on the mat.
